This page explains how to make a privacy request concerning information handled by American Valet Parking Response through the AVPR One parking service, including a request to not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law.
Available choices
Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information, you may ask us to provide access to information associated with you, delete it, correct inaccurate information, or limit certain uses. You may also direct us not to sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.
Submit a privacy request
You do not need to create an account. Email support@avprone.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us the type of request and provide enough information to locate the relevant record, such as the parking location or zone, approximate date and time, and license plate or payment receipt. Do not send payment-card numbers or identity documents by ordinary email.
Verification and authorized agents
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to match the request to our records and protect the information from unauthorized access. An authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may ask you to confirm the request directly. Information supplied for verification will be used only to process and document the request.
License plate information
License plate reads and related parking records are governed by the ALPR Usage & Privacy Policy. Include the facility, date, approximate time, and plate number when asking about a specific read.
